Last week we told you about the new weight gainer by Allmax Nutrition called ALLMASS which they put under their “sport” division. This week, we’re previewing another new product, this one is called MEAL PREP which is an all-in-in-one meal replacement powder (MRP). The formula is versatile and allows you to mix less or more powder to fit your caloric needs. For example, if you mix it with 2 scoops, you’ll get 275 calories, 25 grams of protein, 34 grams of carbohydrates and 4.5 grams of fat. Mix it with 1 scoop you get half that. Mix it with 4 scoops and you’ll get 550 calories. We saw this customized mixing done also with Mammoth Meal making both products very user friendly.Allmax Meal Prep Contains 8 Protein Sources
By weight, Allmax Meal prep is 39% protein made from a blend of 8 different proteins source which includes: Pea Protein Isolate, Beef Protein, Chicken Protein, Egg White Albumin, Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein, Water Lentil, Salmon Protein and Almond Protein. So as you may have noticed, there are no dairy proteins which is key with this product.
Allmax Meal Prep Carb Sources
By weight, the formula is 52% carbohydrate but this also includes the fiber (which in 4 scoops is 9 grams). The carb sources come from whole oat powder, walnut meal, organic sweet potato, sesame seed, brown rice flour, quinoa, and golden flaxseed powder. We don’t know the breakdown of how much of each carb source is in the blend but it’s definitely a good assortment of whole food carbs. The formula also contains an assortment of fruits, vegetables and superfoods like mushrooms, ginger and matcha green tea for added health support and is sweetened with natural and the artificial flavors. ALLMAX MEAL PREP is available in a 5.6 lb size in two delicious flavors, Blueberry Cobbler and Banana Nut Bread. If you mix it with 4 scoops, it will give you 20 meals. This product is very new so we don’t have pricing yet but check back with the brand for more info on this exciting new product.
