These fall inspired cookies had my home smelling so delicious and cozy. I hope you enjoy them.
This recipe makes 10 delicious cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- Brown sugar substitute, I used golden monk fruit 180g
- 1/4 cup no sugar added maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup natural Pb
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup oats
- 2 scoops protein (I used Dymatize ISO100 gourmet chocolate and one scoop cinnamon bun)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix ingredients well together
- Then fold in 1 peeled chopped apple
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Place 10 scoops on a lined baking sheet to bake for approximately 16-18 min
- Remove to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
