Ali Al Zarkani (or Ali Jalil) is a Super-Heavyweight bodybuilder from Hillah, Iraq and he is a member of the National Iraqi Bodybuilding Team. He recently won the Overall Title at the IFBB Asian Championships 2021 in Beirut, Lebanon.
